Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide. Orders placed before 2pm AWST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.

Freight

Freight is a flat rate by product type, calculated at checkout. Sails, boards, masts, foils and accessories each carry their own rate.

Sails and accessories ship free on orders over $1,000.

Boards, masts and foils are oversized and are charged a flat freight rate, with no free
shipping threshold.

Local pickup

Free from our Osborne Park store. Choose local pickup at checkout and we will let you know when
your order is ready.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship when stock arrives from the supplier, not at the time of purchase. Expected arrival is shown on the product page. If you order pre-order and in-stock items together, we will ship the in-stock items first at no extra freight cost.

Delivery times

Metro Perth is usually one to two business days after dispatch. The rest of Australia varies by destination and by item size. Oversized freight to regional addresses takes longest.
